Web Site Upgrade

I'm in the process of upgrading the Muscle Car Research web site from static HTML pages to a modern content management system. I've preserved all of the old content and I'm happy to say that I think I'm back in business!

You should be able to access all of your order information from the old store in the new store. You can login to this site using the email address from your last order as your user name, but you will probably have to use the "Request new password" link to reset your password. You can change your user name once you get in.

New Product: Wagner Drum Brake Pressure Differential Valve Kit

We're now selling a rebuild kit for the Wagner brake pressure differential valve used with drum brake systems. It's been confirmed for use with the 1970 Ford D0OZ-2B257-B (marked D0OA-2B257-B) valve. We're looking for customer input to help determine if it will work with other valves. Details here:

Special Offer: Free Brake Valve Rebuild

I'm looking for some help in identifying the internal seals used in the different proportioning and distribution valves used in 1967 - 1973 Ford and Lincoln-Mercury disc and drum brake systems. The best way to identify the seals is to measure them after disassembling an original valve, but I don't have very many valves available. I'd like to use this information to make additional valve rebuild kits available to my customers. If you have a valve that needs to be rebuilt maybe we can help each other.

Mustang 428 Cobra Jet Registry Book

I'm proud to say that I've become a published author! Chris Teeling (my Mustang 428 Cobra Jet registry partner) and I recently finished our first Mustang 428 Cobra Jet Registry book. The book contains 281 pages with over 300 full color parts identification pictures. We've also included vehicle statistics (VINs and door tag data) that have never before been available to the general public. Here's a link to a review (picture of cover included!) by Donald Farr of Mustang Monthly:

Coming Soon: 1969-70 Ford Mustang Floor Vent Seals

I'm in the process of producing a reproduction of the rubber seals used with the floor vents on 1969 and 1970 Ford Mustangs. Anyone who has restored one of these cars knows how the seals deteriorate over time, and since the seals alone were never sold as service parts by Ford it's been hard to find suitable replacements.
